We recently completed successful negotiations in respect of the off market acquisition of the remainder of Riverside Industrial Estate in Rugeley for the Stoke based private property company, Sandyford Properties. This follows our initial acquisition of part of the site last year for the same client.

This second phase acquisition comprises 12 units, totalling 24,600 sq ft (2,285.41 sq m) of industrial space with yards, being fully let and income producing. The combined multi let Industrial Estate has 36 units and totals around 73,800 sq ft (6,856.25 sq m). The purchaser is proposing to invest in site wide improvements with plans to update the fabric and appearance.
