19/03/2020 - Business as usual - Coronavirus Outbreak

Dear clients and friends,

In light of the current Covid-19 pandemic, we understand that you may be concerned about the continuity of our services over the coming weeks. I would like to reassure you that we are still able to meet our client obligations whilst safeguarding the wellbeing of our staff and colleagues. We are closely following the Public Health and Government guidelines to minimise any potential risk.

At this stage, we do not have any confirmed cases of Covid-19 in our office but we do have a contingency plan in place, if necessary, to ensure that we remain open with as little disruption as possible. All our staff have been briefed on the symptoms of Covid-19 and advised on what measures to take to reduce the spread of the virus within the office environment and also when visiting clients and making property inspections.

We do have staff working from home who have access to a laptop and have a mobile phone and can continue to provide a service to you. Please contact the person you usually deal with in your normal way. If the person you deal with has been taken ill then an out of office will be put on their email and you will be able to contact our office on 01543 506640.

28/02/2020 - Units 18 & 19 Brindleys Business Park, Cannock

We have just let this unit to a large company on a 9 year full repairing and insuring lease with a tenants break at end of teh 5th year and a rent review provision at the end of the 5th year.

12/02/2020 - Unit 7A Progress Drive, Cannock

Bay 2 at Unit 7A Progress Drive was a 10,200 sq ft unit with yard.  A 6,000 sq ft space within the unit has been let to a local company on a 3 year term.

06/02/2020 - EPC Update

A current EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) is required when marketing a property to let or for sale.  From this year an EPC is now also required for lease renewals on a property even when the existing tenant is remaining in the unit.  We do have details of EPC Assessors if you require their details please do not hesitate to contact the office.

06/02/2020 - Land adjacent 130 Heath Street, Hednesford

This 0.067 acre piece of residential land has recently been sold and had outline Planning Permission for a single residential dwelling.
